Whenever I help someone find their next hire, they often ask these questions next (and maybe you do too!):
ALL of these questions necessitate working with an Operations Manager in addition to your hire(s).
Too often I see people hire a Virtual Assistant, for example, and they don't have the clarity or strategy to work with that person effectively.
So they end up paying a VA to start a bunch of projects, but very few of them get to completion or worse - they delegate things that don't matter. Working with my team means you get both the strategy AND someone to implement it.
